CORE seminars are an invaluable and indispensable part of disciple-making at Westmeade. Over time, the material taught in CORE will teach every basic and foundational truth that a Christian should know, live and share. CORE seminars are every Wednesday from 6:15-7:15pm and are for all ages.
Spring ‘24 Seminars: (beginning March 20)
ADULTS
BAPTIST ESSENTIALS
- Location: Sanctuary
- Teacher: Justin McAlpin
- Timeframe: 6 weeks, begins March 27
- Description: What is a church and what does it mean?
HOW TO STUDY THE BIBLE
- Location: Sanctuary
- Teacher: Justin McAlpin
- Timeframe: 6 weeks, begins May 8
- Description: Interpreting the Bible as instructed in the Bible.
MISSIONS
- Location: Upper Room 2
- Teacher: David Burdeshaw
- Timeframe: 13 weeks, begins March 20
- Description: God’s glory in all nations.
HOW TO GROW
- Location: Fellowship Hall
- Teachers: Matt Adams, Corey Bonds, Lance Breedlove, Tyler Burdeshaw, Andrew Campbell, Maddux Terry and Mason Terry
- Timeframe: 13 weeks, begins March 20
- Description: Christian growth through spiritual disciplines.
STUDENTS (grades 6-12)
- Location: The Refuge and Conference Room
