	Music Ministry   Fill The House! "Then Mary took about a pint of pure nard, an expensive perfume; she poured it on Jesus' feet and wiped his feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume. - John 12:3   There are reasons for everything we do. Some good. Some bad. Some honorable. Some dishonorable. Some noble. Some selfish. Our music ministry’s reason for existence is to declare the glory of God. We agree with Psalm 63 and in response will lift our voices to make the praise of God glorious. He is the satisfier of all who seek Him. He has been good. So good. His love really is better than life.  You are invited to join the music ministry as we give thanks for His amazing love.  Here are some ways that you can minister with us… Westmeade Choir The Westmeade Choir rehearses on Wednesday from 7:30pm to 8:30pm in the Worship Center. Childcare is provided for all rehearsals. The choir leads worship each Sunday at 10:30am. The choir also participates in special programs, concerts and events. No audition is required.   Praise Band The band rehearses on Sundays form 7:45am to 9:00am in the Worship Center. These fine instrumentalists assist in worship leadership, special programs, events and concerts. Interview and audition required.   Westmeade Singers The Westmeade Singers rehearse on Sundays from 8:30am to 9:00am and at 5:00pm to 5:45pm. This group is part of the Westmeade Choir. The Singers serve as Sunday worship leaders and ambassadors of our church. They have had the opportunity to sing for Decatur's RiverFest and the Alabama Baptist State Convention. Membership in the Westmeade Choir, interview and audition required.   Kids Praise It's 3 x Fun with a Heart for Worship, the Word, and the World! Special Groups : 3yr Olds, 4 & 5 Yr Olds, 1st & 2nd Grade, 3rd through 5th Grade.
